Use the Forgot Password screen on the ILMA STEP login page to initiate a password reset via your registered university email. If you are unable to access your email or continue experiencing issues, contact the IT Support Desk at support@ilmauniversity.edu.pk.

Location is captured once at the time of login to help detect unauthorized or suspicious access to your account. It is not tracked at any other time, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties for location-based services.

Go to Profile → Notifications within the app and use the mute toggle for specific notification types. You can also manage notification permissions system-wide through your device's settings.

The app reflects official records maintained by the university. If you notice a discrepancy, contact the Registrar's Office directly. Do not rely solely on the app for critical academic decisions — always verify with the relevant department.

Go to the Letters section in the app and submit a request by selecting the letter type and filling in the required details. You can track the status of your request from the same section. Turnaround times vary by letter type.

Contact the IT Support Desk at support@ilmauniversity.edu.pk or visit the Registrar's Office to request account deactivation and data deletion. You can also submit a formal request via our Data Deletion Request page.
